As a fan of pulp/pulp-type comics and characters, an idea crossed my mind the other night that I intend to play around with. I want to write/draw an Indiana Jones/Phantom team-up. What do you think? Locales? Artifacts? Bear in mind that it's just a personal thing...but I'll post the pages if it goes anywhere.

I asked because that is not the ONLY "The Phantom"
Cross-over with Indy? Fneeah... I don't know this "The Phantom" well enough.... But the vast majority of fan-fiction I've seen in any vein has been pretty carp....
Maybe yours won't be, Doc S.... Get writing it, and post it for all to see

A. There's no doubting which Phantom Doc meant...what other Phantom is there in the comic book world???
B. Takes some nerve to rip on people's fan fiction...got any of your own we can critique?

You're not even worth replying to
View that as your one little victory if you need to, no matter how erroneous such a view is.
Then scrape together the nickels you get from servicing strangers through that hole in the men's-room-wall, take them downtown and see if someone will sell you half a clue... It'll be an improvement over the zero clue you obviously have now

"Phantom team-up"
Which "Phantom"?Kit Walker...fighting pirates in the Bengalla jungle.
There's no doubting which Phantom Doc meant...what other Phantom is there in the comic book world???Did you ever watch Defenders of the Earth? The Phantom, Flash Gordon, Mandrake...classic stuff. I was actually disappointed when I found out the Phantom never did the 'ten tigers' thing in the comics.

"fighting pirates"
Wasn't Katanga, a friend of Indy (Or at least a friend of a friend) a pirate himself? I don't see Indy fighting pirates.... I see him joining them! LOL

Classic comeback from the "hole in the wall" itself.
