What is your favourite shark movie? Try not to be too biased towards Herr Spielberg. My personal favourite is 1980's " l' ultimo squalo" a.k.a The Last Shark. Yes, it's a rip-off, but the scene with a guy hanging from a helicopter about to have his legs bitten off, must give it some credibility. Check the clip on youtube. Look for The Last Shark or l' ultimo squalo. You wont be disappointed. Then again. You probably will.

Jaws!
Every shark related film since 1975 has been a blatant rip-off or just a really bad movie. I still hold out hope though for a MEG movie in the future!

I can't believe I payed to go see that. It wasn't about sharks. It was about two weirdos in desperate need of a marriage counselor stranded in the ocean! Please, let the sharks come eat me already!
I'm not a big fan of Jaws, but must agree with deckard on most others just being rip-offs. That'd get my vote if I've actually seen the whole thing straight through.... lol

Definitely JAWS for me. Heck, I even like the second one.
And I know it's cheesy as all hell, but I enjoy watching DEEP BLUE SEA from time to time. Animal Planet's 12 DAYS OF TERROR (about the Jersey shore attacks of the early-1900s that inspired JAWS) was pretty good as well.

Jaws, Do we really even have to discuss this? It is about as close to a perfect movie as you can get, in my op.

What about Jaws The Revenge? A study of two lonely people having a romance while being stalked by a psychic shark. An absolute classic.

Oh, you mean the obscenity that is Bores 3D? I saw that at the cinema and the only teeth coming at me were thrown by a boy who'd stolen his grandfathers dentures.

That's funny.I totally forgot about that. It's Jaws 19 they have advertised.
It's also advertised as being directed by Max Spielberg who is Steven's son.
