I've been to McDonald's maybe 5-6 times in my entire life. One time, I've ordered 4 cheeseburgers /I was hungry as hell/, ate it and started feeling sick. Fast food is disgusting.I wont even touch the stuff.Everything about it from the so called "meat" to the preperation is gross.If I'm out and I want a quick bite to eat I'll stop at a deli and get a sandwhich or a wrap.

Maybe Americans on a whole are the fattest country in the world... but as far as people I know, they all seem to be pretty healthy to me. Except my best friend, but that's his own fault because he is lazy and won't go running/work out with me. I don't even know of any kids that are overweight. So, it doesn't seem that way to me here in Texas anyway.

... but uhhh, fast food, I must confess... I eat a lot of it. And McDonald's is the worst. It actually makes you feel bad later. I have no idea why. Plus it's not really very good either. I prefer Burger King or Whataburger (Whataburger is delicious and they make the burgers when you order them, not before).

I try to balance the crap food I eat with actual good stuff and work out and run, but I've been slacking on the running lately. I haven't done so in about a week!

McDonalds makes me happy. Especially that nice clown thing. Very entertaining. Good, wholesome food served in a friendly, intimate surrounding. You can't go wrong. Sometimes you even get a plastic thing related to a movie. I highly recommend it.

Well, I was hungry and just cobbled a bunch of crap together.

I fried up some hamburger meat in a skillet, and added bean dip with it. Put in some garlic, and diced bell peppers also.
I then wrapped this up in a few tortillas, and ate it with chocolate milk.

I'm eating a small cotton candy blizzard from Dairy Queen. It's amazingly delicious but I just checked the nutritional information for it and it has 540 calories, not to mention 20g of fat. And it's a small. :dead:

Oh well. I've already eaten half of it. In for a penny, in for a pound. Over the teeth, and past the gums, look out stomach, here it comes!

I love fried rice but I hate the bother of having to make the rice the day before and refrigerate it overnight. I usually use Alton Brown's recipe for oven baked brown rice for this -- it's easier than on the stovetop, I find. I think I even have all the ingredients for an awesome pork fried rice already on hand. Might have to make that in the next couple of days...

Why? Cleansing the body, weight loss, religious/spiritual reasons? When I was sixteen I tried to see how long I could go without eating and drinking a cup of water every other day for lulz. I only made it 22 days and then broke down and drank a ton of water. It was easy after the first couple of days once your body has realized there's no food forthcoming, it's like it stops complaining. Still... not something I'll be repeating, hopefully.

After I'm done fasting I'm going to Subway.
