Of corse indy has a Webley but, have you seen other Webleys in the Trilogy?

Ehh, sorry to rain on your parade, but it's not reportedly a Webley in any of those pics you posted. All we see are some standard sidearm holsters that can contain a revolver or semiautomatic pistol of any make.

And come to think of it, even Indy carries a Webley revolver only in LC.

So no, there's definitely not any kind of "Webley in-joke" in the Indiana Jones films.
