You're Irish, The Man? Didn't know that, so am I!
Indeed it is! Can't wait.

They hardly ever show any of the Indy films here in the States. The last time I watched one on TV was The Last Crusade a year ago on a Spanish language channel.

Christmas Day 1987: RTE ONE showed The Temple Of Doom. First time I ever saw it. It blew me away...

Yeah, I can't remember the last time I saw any of the films on TV here in the States. Raiders seems to be the one I've seen the most, though, followed by The Last Crusade and Temple of Doom. Though I kinda hate Raiders on TV because, aside from the usual edits and dumb commercial interruptions (including one just as the desert chase is starting), there's some added sound effects and dialogue during the chase that annoys me.

I'm not fully Irish, but I got some Irish blood in me from my mom's side. :)

I know, and it's even more of a reason for me to want to move to Ireland and go find my extended family!LOL
I think that's one of the coolest aspects of this site, that we can be brought from all over the world to talk together about a common shared interest!

Telemundo? They're having a marathon soon too. I was watching Mr. Bean the other day (quality TV that doesn't require you to understand Spanish) and they had a pretty sweet ad for it. Indy and SW aren't on TV often, are they?

SpikeTV just recently finished a two-weekend marathon of the films. The Prequels were shown of the course of Friday-Sunday one weekend, with the Originals shown Friday-Sunday the following weekend. Now they're premiering "Star Wars Sundays," where one episode will air in order every Sunday evening, starting tonight.
