So which movie do you guys think had the best end credits score? I personally think it's TOD.

Ooh, that's a really tough one between ROTLA and TOD. I think I'd have to go with TOD, LC is last, i still like it though.

All great, but I think I'll do with Temple of Doom. I've just always loved the way the slave children's theme starts up with the rolling snare drums.

If Adventure has a name, it must be Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

I love the money shot push in on Indy after he takes out the Thugees with the one-two punch in the mine.

Last Crusade is the best. The epic Grail score playing over the heroes riding off into the sunset, nothing beats it.

So, at the time of posting, not only is TOD the best movie, it also has the best score! Fantastic.

I voted TOD, but I really do love that grail theme as they are riding off into the sunset in LC. It's such a beautiful ending.

ToD and only ToD. Raiders March in this score has got a real kick in it!

That's a toughy.

RotLA is the classic original and Marion's theme is beautiful.

ToD is creative how it mixes Short Round's theme with the Raiders march, it transitions smoothly, and keeps an eastern feel to the whole piece. The Raiders March itself here gives RotLA a run for it's money.

LC seems a little more choppy than ToD, though the Scherzo and Grail theme are great.

I'll go with ToD.

ToD has a really nice survey of themes, but I'm going to go with RAIDERS, since Marion's theme is the perfect compliment to the Raiders march. It feels the most natural of any of the end credit medleys.

I'm inclined to go with ROTLA. The scene in the warehouse for some reason is one of my favorite endings - so with a great ending, i'm sort of biased i guess to include the rest of the credits score with it:p

Last Crusade...

This is one that changes quite frequently for me, so there's little point answering. Right now its Last Crusade.

Williams really nailed the Almighty vibe with The Grail Theme.

Hmmm... tough one. I guess I'll go with The Last Crusade since that motorcycle chase music rocks!

I'm surprised TOD is winning. I thought it'd be ROTLA.

I think the Grail score is my fav in all of the movies besides the main theme, second would be the map room theme in Raiders.

Last Crusade for the overall end credits, but TOD gets it for the best Raiders March rendition...

TOD all the way.

I do like LC as well.

Then Raiders.

For the end credit scores. I just never found Marion's theme all that great. Its good...but the Slave Children's theme and Henry's theme are better.

Not to simply echo what's already been stated, but Temple of Doom has the best end credits theme. Man, that march, the slave children's theme, all of it so rythmically intertwined. That's some good aural experience, yo.

I think ToD has the strongest score as a whole. I mean yes, all 3 films have great pieces of music specific to them ( RotLA's Basket Game & LC's Grail ), but it seems there is nothing negligible and lost in the whole ToD score. The entire thing is GOLD, from Short Rounds theme to the Slave Children's Crusade (the music with the drums in the beggining) to the Mine Car Chase to the Temple of Doom music (Freaky Worshipper Chant during the first sacrifice); nothing is wasted.

The same can be said for ToD as a whole, even though that's a whole different topic. I don't care how many reviewers knock it, it's the only Indy film that NEVER slows down. It starts with a bang and ends with one. A true roller coaster of a film.

P.S. = And no, I'm not biased just because pretty much the entire on-ride score for Temple Of The Forbidden Eye is taken from ToD. ;)

Just gotta love that end scene of the sunset.

Picking "the best" is difficult in the extreme, and I don't think I'll even try. I might be more likely to vote, though, if it were "favorite" end credits suite.

I chose Raiders.

I think the Raiders theme + Marion's theme just fit together so beautifully. Top-notch Williams music.

Though, the other end credit pieces were great, too.
