Whats with the hand, Indy?

In Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom I noticed for a long time Indy had a wrap of clothe on his right hand. Then when he returned to the village with the children he had a white wrap job on his hand. Did he have a hand injury in the movie and if he did when did this happen?:confused:

I noticed that to. I think it's for looks, at least the peice of cloth was. But I think he has it because when you see him stuggling with Chatter Lal, and he pulls aways and falls down I think the knife cut his hand.

I thought it looked really cool. Always wondered why it was there.

Maybe he had it on because of rope burn from the suspension bridge. Or was it on before that?

I think it was, it just apeared ther the moment his sleeve was ripped off, but like I said I think Chatter Lal cut his hand.

Hmm...good observation really.


I guess I take it for granted that he either burnt or cut his hand during the final fight with Lal in the Temple. Makes sense I think...but looks rugged none-the-less!
