I've always thought that Harrison Ford was in the best shape for his role of Indiana Jones, and seeing how he can keep it up 20 years later I've been inspired to work for a body like Indy's.
Would anyone happen to know what kind of workout they put him through for the movies?

I know he smokes a lot of pot. Must burn off a lot of calories.

All I know is he worked out for 3 hours per day, but I don't know what his routine was.

That never gave me a good body in my teenage years. :(

He was on a fish and protein diet leading up to Crystal Skull.

Yes, fish and vegetables. My brain could use some nutritious nap-time. Goodnight.

Well, in the making of Indiana Jones, he says that for Raiders he hadn't worked out for 10 years, and didn't start for the movie, he did for TOD though.

Tell that to Pat Roach.
Also, of course, body quality has little to do with acting ability (except for in the theatre, where voice control becomes an issue).

go to youtube and type in p90x, this WILL get you ripped in 3 months, no questions asked. It's a DVD set that you can get off of limewire, I did. I did the program, and damn, it works. All that is required is 2 dumbbells (recommend a full set), yoga mat(unless you skip the yoga, I did), and a pullup bar. Simple as that. You WILL get the results you are looking for, and probably better. I have a 6 pack! HOLY CRAP!
I spent years doing 300 sit ups a night and never got my 6 pack, but now I got it!
I'm not an advertiser I swear, especially since I just recommended limewire, it just really changed my whole life.
