I like cooking alot of southwestern foods such as faitias, burritos, and I like making stir-fries, and chili.
I also like grilling. I like to cook anything, but I hate baking. I like frying, and hardly ever cook things in the oven.
I like coming up with my own sauces and things.

Pizza's my speciality. Can also cook mashed potato from scratch. Basic pasta, really basic. Cupcakes, and strawberries & cream sponge cake. I totally suck when it comes to rice.... I can never stop the glucky-ness.

You must keep stirring rice, or it will stick every time.

My specialty method is grilling, which is a curse at get-togethers because I'm always the one on the grill. Always. I can grill some mean chicken, steak, hotdogs/hamburgers, seafood, pork, you name it. Love to grill.
However, I'm also pretty handy around the kitchen and make an awesome German meatballs dish. This was the one thing I really, really wanted to master because my German grandmother used to make them when I was young and they're out of this world. They're insanely good.

Tequila marinaded Tri-tip enchilada's in a black bean cassoulet, topped with ortega chili and pepper jack cheese. Garnish with Blue Corn tortilla chips, pico de gallo, and a nice Montes 2005 Alpha, Syrah, to round it out.
I am available to work as a personal chef, for the right pay.

Is that with or without asbestos? (as I think you would need some nice chernobyl red wine, say form 1986 or 1987?)
