I am sooo jealous right now.

Now that I think about it, Stoo must be too. :p

God, I really wish they could have someone from Indy actually come to Supanova instead of all the English anime voice talent... Supanova isn't just an anime fest. I would have loved meeting SPF, I think he's a great actor, even in his other films not just YIJC ("Powder" leaps to mind).

I actually did the interview and recorded it all for the Indy-Cast (along with all the other folks I mentioned). That's why I am the Indy-Correspondant - searching the world over for the latest and greatest Indiana Jones news. From the set of Indy 4 to the floors of hot sweaty conventions -- if there is Indy news... I will report it!

Mwahahaha!!!Apart from the bags under his eyes, he looks pretty much the same as he did 15 years ago.

Now that I think about it, Stoo must be too. Yeah, I'd like to meet him. He seems like a dude. I think it's great that he showed up at the convention.
Very cool photo, Mitchell! I would LOVE to hear the interview, too! (BTW, it's "Flanery" with one "n".;) )

Boy.. I was hoping no one would notice... oh you mean the other guy....

Come on the fella is in a business that is based on looks... you have to look good... here's me and the guy from Balls of Fury and Fanboys, Dan Fogler, he was cool and I didn't see any plastic surgery there!

LOL! Yeah I don't think Fogler's gone under the knife!

You gotta admit though Flannery does look a bit pulled back? I agree that the entertainment business is all about looks, but there are a lot of actors and actresses that have gone the distance without getting surgery. Ford is one of them! Maybe Flannery hasn't gotten work done, but it sure looks like it?

This is a pic of him from 2002, I don't know, you guys be the judge!

Mitch - you have outdone yourself as usual - and they sound great - everyone is in for a treat in next week's episode!Just heard the Flan Man interview and had a mile-wide smile on my face. That was excellent, Mitchell! Short but sweet, I really loved how he expressed his love and gratitude towards his involvement in YIJC. (His description of his favourite episode is quite apt since the Verdun episode also "blew away" some of my co-workers at the time). Anyway, from your notes above, who could forget Jay Underwood as Hemingway?;)

I only started listening to the Indy-Cast a week ago but, wow, this was a great episode. Mitchell, your interviews were insightful. Steranko and Scott were other highlights for me. All-in-all, because of things like this, The Raven is a great place to be...

Thanks Stoo for the nice words... I only found out that Sean Flanery was going to be there when I arrived at 10:00am and then went over to the FOX booth and made some on the fly arrangements with the publicist -- the questions I asked just came out of my head as I was talking to him -- no prep -- and he was nice enough to squeeze me in -- as I wasn't on his schedule. I wish I had more time to prepare as I had a bunch of questions that came up afterward... oh well -- maybe some other time. I still think back and say to myself -- wow! I got to interview Young Indy, get a few autographs and some photos --- so it is cool to be an Indy fan as well as a reporter!

as far as listening to the Indy-Cast - go back and listen to old shows -- it is a hell of a lot of fun and has a lot of other cool interviews!:hat:

Did you ask him about kissing Maggie Q! She's smoking!
And trying NOT to kiss Dietrich Bader?!?! There's an Indy name if I ever heard one...:dead:

Mitchellhallock

Funny that you mention Dietrich Bader's name, as it did come up as I started to imitate the gravely voice actor's lines from "Balls of Fury" -- Dan Fogler said it was a dead-on sounding impression. I told him when you have kids and watch Napoleon Dynamite a 1000 times you pick it up!

PS. I'm going to save the Panda.
