Can someone tell me who they were, and were they the only ones? If so why were the other 64 not!??

The other 64 books of the Bible? The only women? Are these things that you're trying to ask about?

I was led to believe that the book of Ruth was written by King Samual, but some people do not believe this.
Most of the Old Testement is written by Moses, but of course Ruth was after Moses. Alot of the books in the OT do not credit their authors.

I have read the Bible through three times, so I kinda like to think I know a wee bit about it.

If by most, you mean the first 5 books, then I can agree...

King Samuel? Did you mean King Saul?

I don't know why I put "King" in front of Samuel's name. But, I meant Samuel. I have read that some people think Samuel wrote the book of Ruth.
