Is there any way I can listen to the Indy podcasts online without having to download it? I don't want to download a huge file like that.

If you have iTunes you can subscribe to some, like the Indy-Cast. It's free and easy to use.

Which particular podcast(s) are you speaking of?
Most podcasts will allow you to download directly, or click straight to a stream, although that can be cumbersome in its own right.
I don't know your connection speeds, but I download 3 hour podcasts in a couple of minutes, if even that.
In the grand scheme of things, podcasts are pretty small files for downloading.

If you are talking about the Indy-Cast, then absolutely! If you want to stream it live you can listen to it via the show notes:
http://www.theforce.net/podcast/story/IndyCast_Episode_62_121743.asp
or you can via http://podcastpickle.com/ViewPodcast.php?id=45205
They also have the Well of Life dramatisation here:

Hope this helps!

theforce.net link worked. When I clicked on "listen" at the podcastpickle site, I got the message "error on page" at the bottom left of my screen, for some reason.

I didn't have any difficulties since recently and it was the player on the force.net...went black, hasn't come back.

I would also advice you to download it; like someone said before, if you have a decent connection speed, it should download quickly. If you have dial-up, then the stream won't work correctly anyway.
And you can always delete the file as soon as you finish listening, if you don't want to fill up your hard drive with podcasts. That's what I do! :D
