Indy looks like Indy, Marion looks like Marion, Belloq does NOT resemble his former self at all, Sallah looks vaguely like Sallah, Elsa and Willie look completely different, and Short Round...looks scary.

Really? From those shot comparisons I'd be inclined to say Ford looks less like Indy than Freeman does Belloq. And I think Rhys-Davies looks more like his character than the rest.
