ET for Xbox

Hey,does anyone know if the Xbox version of ET is any different then the PS2 version, because my friend told me that there was and I wanted to know if it was true? He told me that there was a place in the game where you could purchase goods form a merchant, such as ammo and weapons.He also said that you get different legth whips.

i don't think you can get different length whips cos a traditional indy only has the one trusty whip.. i've never played the PS2 version but i'm assuming the only difference is the controls. A playstation controler doesn't have as many controls as an xbox.. so they'll have just tweeked the controls a little that'll be all.
