Does anyone else here feel this is a classic?

It is one of my most favorite movies. A bit like BTTF, for me.

The quotes alone are worth the viewing:

{car plunges off a cliff}

"He might be okay. {it explodes} Well, no, probably not now."

"I'm a god. Not the God, just a god."

"I have been shot, stabbed, electrocted, hung and burned."

"Don't drive angry"

"Am I right, or am I right, or am I right...am I right, right, right, right."

{playing the piano}
"Not bad, Mr. Conners. You say this is your first lesson?
"Yes, but my father was a piano mover."

it goes on and on...

Definately a top 10 comedy. Surely a classic in my book.

I first saw 12:01 which has kinda the same idea. Except here its explained as some natural phenomena and in Grounhog Day..well..its solved when he conquers her heart or smth :P

Anyway I love the humor in Groundhog Day :) And that song...i love that song on the radio! :D

It is a great movie

My only criticism would be that horrible sappiness that seems to infect all american comedies in the third act
