Raiders paperbacks

Does anyone know how many variations of paperbacks were made for Raiders? I know that there are at least five (since I just aquired them):
-metallic silver cover
-metallic red cover
-metallic blue cover
-purple cover
-black cover (with a picture of Indy and Marion from the movie)

I'm just wondering if any more versions exist. Also, was there ever a hardcover edition?

There's actually been a previous thread (http://raven.theraider.net/showthread.php?t=13154) on Raiders novelization cover variations.

There appear to be at least three more versions not yet mentioned in this thread ("metallic" gold foil, green foil, painted illustration of Indy and Marion), plus of course the inclusion of it in the new trade paperback anthology. I don't know if there was a hardcover version for mass-market bookstores, but I suspect there was at least one for book clubs, though I don't really know.
