I have just come back from the cinema and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this film.
Overall, the story and script were excellent. There were all round good performances and Russell Crowe was fantastic as Captain Jack Aubrey.
Peter Weir's direction was nothing short of superb and I'm sure that this film is gonna be a big contender for next year's oscars. :D
Or maybe I'm just biased as Russell Crowe is one of my favourite actors...
