Hello, Indy fans! I'd like to hear what your Indy amibition/fantasy is? Is it to finally get that new Akuba fedora Indy fans rave about? To get that fancy,
new-smelling Indy leather jacket delivered to you via
Fed-Ex? Or how about to travel to a few (or at least ONE) of the places where Indy has been? Maybe it's to write a short Indy story or even to get that "nope-I'll-never-like-Indiana-Jones" friend/family member to see Raiders for the first time. Have you lived out any of your "Indiana ambitions" or are you close to fulfulling one? Who knows? Maybe some of us could help you to live your dream or give you suggestions to help you!! What do you think??

Rendy, are you a Christian too?! Kewl! Wish I could send you some personal e-mails. I've tried it on this site and it doesn't seem to work. Maybe you could give me your
e-mail address, if you wish to talk about the Bible, etc. I know that talking about "religion" is not proper for this site. It's up to you. Sorry about this post, guys. Hope I didn't offend anyone with this post.

It's my dream that Indy was a real person.I know what u r thinking, after seeing my signature, but it's not just that. It's the fact that Indy has seen so much. Can u imagine a guy with his character living next door to u? He must know so much about the world. I'd just like to sit in front of him and hear his adventure stories and his perspection of the world. Sry if I sound too dramatic. LOL.

My ambition or at least my wish is going to visit the Jordan desert where Last C. was filmed, and also visit the real other places that took place the filmings!
And at least I dream to talk with Harrison, to see what Indy means to him, how was it to live such adventurer! oh yeah, was I off topic? I don't think so...

mmhhh...talking to steven, george and harrison wouldn`t be that bad actually...and IS of course utopian.

something i`d really love to experience is a screening of all three movies in their original version.

btw: i`m also christian...seems we`re not THAT rare these days...

I'd like to create something that will last, like Raiders...only better.

ive thought about being an archeologist...maybe try to find the lost treasure of the incas. if i do end up going into that jungle, you all can easily guess what im gonna wear. ;) whip, revolver, and machete in hand. (although with the cartel and rebels down there i may need a tank) O_o

Not at all. I think it's great that there are so many people out there who believe in something.

Regarding your question Indyologist, the things which I would class as 'Indy ambitions' are the following:

I would love to travel more and would really like to go to some of the places that Indy has been. I have considered take up some kind of martial art (possibly karate) because I would like to be able to defend myself if I ever needed to. I would also really like to get back to learning Spanish and I want to learn how to crack my whip properly. Adding to this, as I am currently doing a college course in archeology, if things go well and I get my degree, I may even consider becoming an Egyptologist. :D

Isn't it wonderful that most of our "Indy ambitions" are within our reach? I hope everyone gets to fulfill them all...or at least one of them! Let us know if you do. Any other "Indy amibitions" out there?

If you make your dreams your goals, then you are more likely to accomplish them. :)

BTW, I would recomend Aikido (instead of Karate). It is much more harmonious (at least as I have come to know it)

I was thinking of going on one of those archaeological tours to Egypt or some plase. I would go in my gear and stell some thing from the dig site.

I'd be happy if I just got to meet Harrison, Sean, and Karen. That would rock.
