Put Raiders back on the big Screen

Ok guys. I am trying to divise a plan to have a showing of Raiders in a Theatre for one night only and if possible TOD and LC. My sister works at a theatre in my area so I have a little bit of an advantage here. I have her looking into it on her end but in the mean time I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if we need permission from Lucasfilm or Paramount before we can do this?

Secondly if by some chance I am able to pull this thing off. Would any of you East coasters be willing to attend?I figure that in order to make this happen I will need to convince the theatre that they will make money off of this. Just so you all know This would be taking place in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
