Happy Birthday Brian Jacques!!!!

Today is the birthday of the esteemed Brian Jacques, author of the Redwall saga. You know how there will never be books as good as the ones you read as a child? Well, tales of swashbuckling hares and swordwielding mice have captivated me since third grade, when I discovered them in the top shelf of the second bookcase.

Brian was my first hero ever, and he is 65 today. Let's wish him a happy birthday, and may he continue weaving tales forever!

Redwall is awesome. My all time favorite book! I tried reading others, but are any of them about Matthias yet or what's the deal?

To those who haven't read it, at least read that one. I own it and have read it almost a dozen times :)
