I want to see this Raiders of the Lost Ark remake by those 12 year olds.

Can I buy it or download it anywhere?

This is a good question. Doesn't anyone here have any clue? I would like to know also.

I wanna see it as well......I've heard so much about it :)

Also, I've just bought my Indy DVD box set, the first time I've actually owned any of the Indy films! I'm excited :D

There was a rumor circulating that Spielberg wanted to add it to a Special *SPECIAL* edition of the Raiders of the Lost Ark DVD that he wants to put out with even more extras about the film than the boxset.

Other than that....I wish the creators would put it out on the net. I'd like to see it too.

Congratulatons! :D

I remember getting my first set, and fifteen years later, I never tire of these movies. ;)

Raiders of the Lost Ark:SE *should* have it. There might be a release of the film and a documentary about it on DVD...but I suspect ROTLA:SE.

What? They're releasing a "Special Edition" of Raiders? Where did you hear of this Aaron?

Okay AARON, what do you know? I can get on the next plane to Colorado and find out where you live, y'know. And if I find you, I'll tickle it out of you!!

To quote Indy:

"Tell me, dammit! TELL ME!!"

Yeah, try Google.

It's a rumor that first began circulating a month or more ago! Speilberg had actually brought it up. :p

A lot of work on RotLA:SE has been already done, its about 80% complete, but work on it was halted. However, rumblings from "The Ranch" say that work on it is about to start up again.
Stay tuned to TRN and the Raven for more details as they come availible.

thanks for the info. do you happen to know if there will be any sort of commentary track on the new raiders se, for either the original or the remake?

I think that when it was postponed a couple years ago, it was because of ET:SE's failure. But yes, Spielberg has said that the remake might go on a ROTLASE.

At any rate, there has been a screenwriter hired for the movie deal

And I did see a name for it somewhere (the movie version documentary thing), but I forget what it was, and I'm not sure if it was legit/permanent

Rubix: thats not the sort of thing we would really know, since even the higher ups probably haven't decided anything yet. I wouldn't be surprised if a commentary track has been recorded at some point, although Spielberg would have protested it.

Does Spielberg have something against commentaries?
