I don't think the film ever got made. It sounds like some guy wrote a cheap porn script that included a treasure hunter, a cave, snakes, some birds and a tavern. When Raiders came out he tried to sue saying that they 'stole' these ideas from his unmade script.

Sounds like the judge thought it was just a BS attempt at getting money. Saying that Raiders ripped you off because you have a story where a guy goes after a treasure and sees some snakes is just pathetic.
