Merry Christmas, everybody--and thanks for the welcome this week!
P.S. For any Raveners around the world who wanna join in long-distance, my family will be observing our annual Christmas Eve tradition of sharing a couple pizzas and watching Last Crusade tonight. (See holiday traditions thread).

That just means that instead of watching Last Crusade one night, your equivalent holiday tradition would be watching Raiders eight days in a row... :D

Try doing this: highlight the santa above. Just select him. If your screen resolution is any similar to mine you should get something realy interesting.
It's like he becomes mad or something.

Unfortunately in addition to Christmas, I also have to recognise the 1st anniversary of my Grandfather's death. Also, my Grandmother died a few weeks ago this year. My other Grandfather died on July 4th. My family and holidays.

Wow, weird! On my father's side, we have a thing called the Chamberlin Curse (the name is a joke, of course) because a lot of the people on my dad's side died around Christmas. :(

Speaking of which, there is a pretty funny movie on Comedy Central right now called "Hebrew Hammer". I never knew Jews were so funny. :D

Could be.
My Grandpa, Mathew Scaffa, was a pro football star at Wagner College, joined the Navy in WWII but saw no action on his PT boat, he then went to teach math at Wagner. He was deeply relegious and died of Parkinson's disease.
My Grandma, also religious, was a diabetic in need of bypass surgery. She died after having three heart attacks in one week.
Both served their communities and went to church regularly.

For real, this was one of the funnier movies I have seen in a while. The funniest part for me is when the Hammer and the black guy are entering the building and the Hammer picks up the change that was dropped and the "Jewdar" goes off. Hilarious.
"No Mordecai Don't."
Alarm goes off
"It's the Day of Rest. They can't wipe their @$$ let alone fight us."
