    Un-expensive Indy Items

Sorry -- both of my suggestions were for actual, "walk in and buy things" type stores. I don't know where online you would find these products -- Burlington Coat Factory's website doesn't have the hat I bought, nor does Target.com have the leather bomber jacket I bought. Sorry I can't be of...

    Un-expensive Indy Items

As I mentioned in another thread, I found a great fedora at Burlington Coat Factory for about $20.00. I don't think they get much cheaper than that, and it's more than adequate for something like a halloween costume. I was stunned by my luck in finding it -- it's darned close to an Indy...

    Toys Mc Coy

I have the Toys McCoy Indy. It's the nicest action figure / doll I've ever seen, which is only fair, considering the price tag. I got one when they were first released, and going for about US $500.00. There's really nothing bad about the toy, as you'd expect from such a nice doll. All of the...

No offense to LucasArts, but lets have another developer handle the next Indy Game!

Okay, let's be realistic here. Remembering to drive around town and pick up the floating stack of money from in front of your holdings is not "managing a business" -- I mean, honestly, that's the kind of thing a child would tell his mother so she'd buy him a GTA game. And, yes, Tommy cuts --...

No offense to LucasArts, but lets have another developer handle the next Indy Game!

Truer words were never spoken. I must have taken the short bus to the Internet this morning.

No offense to LucasArts, but lets have another developer handle the next Indy Game!

I appreciate wanting to be right -- heck, everyone thinks they're right -- but let's not a.) start a jihad, or b.) skew the nature of the universe while discussing a possible genre for our favorite hero's next adventure. First of all, I think your definition of "most hyped" or "most...

    Raiders of the lost cliches

An amusing twist on that gag would be to have Indy, in a moment of extremity, grab up a sword and brandish it against a pack of bad guys. The bad guys all respond by pulling guns, and take an abashed Indy prisoner. Reiterating cliches verbatim == bad sequel.

No offense to LucasArts, but lets have another developer handle the next Indy Game!

I imagine that the next Indy game will be unlike any that has come before. While point-and-click adventure games are fun, they are a hard sell nowadays -- and, personally, they've never been my cup of tea. And while shooters are certainly economically viable, I don't believe that they're...

    Classic Emperor's Tomb moments...

My favorite moment so far was a sort of rigged moment during the U-Boat pen/gondola station level. I come into an office with a large window, and there's a german officer standing at the window, looking out. I grabbed him, put him in a headlock, punched him in the face repeatedly, and then...
