Ooo, ooo, let me tell you about my pitch for Hungry, Hungry Hippos as a survival horror movie.

Entered the Nicholl two years ago. Made the first cut (top 25%?), but didn't get any further. Same screenplay was in the top 10% of historical category at the Page Awards, but again, didn't finish in the money. Not a member at Done Deal.

Since you bought a hat expressly because it is an Indiana Jones hat, trying to wear in non-costume contexts (and be taken seriously) may be impossible. Take a look at this blog post. If you're not inclined to read the whole thing... this cuts to the chase.

As we discussed earlier, comic books themselves have very little in the way of meaningful progress or continuity. Whether it's for commercial purposes or somehow is innate to the medium, the nature of the comic book is to get crazy, crazy, crazy then push "reset". Origin stories are all anyone...
