I don't think Lucasfilm would premeire the trailer for the family friendly Indy 4 with the R-Rated Sweeny Todd.

My sources tell me the Indy 4 teaser will indeed be attached to Bond 24. The first production still should be released a few weeks before that.

Good point.

IndyFan89 11-15-2007 11:02 PM

Guys lets wait and see what Beowulf brings. It really could be anything it dosen't have to be a specific film.

Zorg 11-16-2007 04:46 AM

Give us the teaser!!! Now!!!

No Ticket 11-17-2007 01:04 AM

Well I can officially tell you there is no Indy trailer and only the J.J. Abrams "Cloverfield" trailer attached. Darn.

Avilos 11-17-2007 02:33 AM

No trailer yet obviously.

But when I saw Beowolf the Cloverfield trailer was not shown at my theater. Even when there really is an Indy IV trailer it goes to show you can't be sure your theater will have it in front of the announced movie anyway.

salussolia 11-17-2007 10:14 AM

how was beowulf?

AHegele 11-17-2007 10:56 AM

Maybe The Mist? Kinda like a 'sorry Frank but you can have this instead'.

The Mist is also R-Rated, so no.

yodazone 11-17-2007 08:15 PM

The new Coen Brothers movie didn't have the Indy Trailer either...

:gun: :gun: :gun:

So, just wondering out of the blue, was the trailer for the JJ Abrams film ( I think it was for 1-18-08) on Beowolf? or not?

Sure was. It's now called "Cloverfield."

I personally thought it was really good... but most of my friends don't think it was all that great. CGI animation was awfully good... but still, I think the whole "replacing actors with just CGI scans" thing is never really gonna happen. It'll never replace the real deal. But what they CAN do is make an almost-realistic animated movie like they did here where lots of amazing things can happen (since animation allows such freedom) and it won't cost as much budget-wise to make it a reality. You can put the camera.. ANYWHERE... in animation. That's one of the cool things about it.

... I hear the new Justice League movie is supposed to be done like this. Unless they changed that. Sorry to be off topic. lol.

I have seen Beowolf and there is no Indy teaser on it:mad:

Jackson

TEASER means some short images, with music and a voice over... when you realise what you're seeing it already finished.

I WANT THE TRAILER!

Maybe we will get an online exclusive trailer on thanksgiving?

One can hope

AHegele 11-18-2007 07:22 PM

well while we are all hoping for one to pop up i seriously recommend to everyone to see No Country for Old Men, its the best film of the year (though I haven't seen There Will Be Blood yet).

I thought Beowulf was fantastic! I saw it in 3D and loved it. I liked the CG style too, it was realistic but you could still tell it was CG.

Shocked almost no one has suggested maybe the Indy teaser could come with National Treasure: Book of Secrets.

After all, many people list that franchise as a "Indy-inspired".

A. Not a Universal Film
B. No chance in hell they'd put out the trailer with a derivative. How would that look for their creativity?
C. It HAS been suggested. Shame you don't know how to use the search feature.
