Zumba!
 

Just wonderin if anyone has tried or is doin Zumba. I start my classes Tuesday Nite and can't wait.
I watched the videos on youtube and it looks really fun. I heard it's a really good aerobics work-out.

lol...Zumba is an aerobic dance type exercise. You do latin, belly dancin, etc..
I went to my first class tonite and had a blast. It was really alot of fun.

A short video might help ease us all into it...;)
