I know you guys don't really know me other than the massive tattoos but I wanted to share this with all my forum buds.
http://www.mp3players4free.com/default.aspx?r=4624 The site is legit. I know other people that have gotten their iPods already from various Forums I visit. The sign up is risk free and the obligation to join has a 30 day free trial that can be cancelled at any time. The link above is to the site via my referral. Delete th last portion to go without a referrence from me. No hard feelings ;) |

I'm perfectly content with my Dell Digital Jukebox.
Ugh, Ipods are becoming more of a fashion statement... |
I wanted to update this to say Yes it's Legit!
I'm holding an iRiver H320 as we speak. Free! |
Spam... (Or at least pyramid scam)
and my Sony HD mini-disk recorder beats any Ipod any day in my book |
actually, it seems that many people got hearing impaired after using an iPod. good reason not to use it. just a little remark. being deaf won't affect you posting here.

Care to elaborate a little bit? I have an iPod and haven't noticed anything different in my hearing. I'm just curious what you're talking about. |
i've read this in a german newspaper some time ago. according to this article, iPod actually obeys the E.U. guidelines, even so experts found that especially iPod users are in high danger to become hearing impared.
this is what i found via google: http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/index...ge=1&pagePos=1 i don't feel like reading through the whole thing now, i've had quite a few scotchs tonight, but from what i've read i assume that's the thing i'm talking about. you only have two ears. "handle with care." ;) |
Thanks for the link Jay. I've never heard of any problems with iPods although the one I have can get very loud very fast if turned up more than about half-way. I'm probably safe because I don't use it everyday and the volume is usually turned down pretty low.
I try to take good care of my hearing (music and movies aren't played too loud and I even have a custom set of earplugs for when I play my drum set) but you never know what can happen. |
