My friend's brother's exchange sister saw the scene, I'm sure of it. Apparently it's only on the Bulgarian HD-DVD version of the film, which was in very limited release.
Some of these would have been fantastic, particularly the 'Mutt clings to Orellana's skeleton' bit. It would have at least let us see more of the Nazca lines in the film.
