I hate to admit how stupid I was but the poles are on the bottom piece of foam. I didn't look underneath there. I just lifted the Ark out.

I finally received my second, and last, Crystal Skeleton from Hasbro. It only took 6 months. I expect that from Sideshow. They are made to order. Hasbro has no excuse for this kind of crappy service....
