I'm not just singling out the women. Kennedy and the other producers have made a concerted effort to point out that they're putting women at the forefront. I just want great characters, regardless of...

The only thing ridiculous are the people who are turning a blind eye to what they're doing. The issue isn't the gender or ethnicity of the characters; I couldn't care less about that. It's the...

It's more of the same: forced diversity, female characters who have no flaws, bizarre sexual traits (making Lando pansexual) and cramming anti-capitalist junk in when they can (like the Canto Bight...

Man, I feel old. Hard to believe it's been a decade already!

Disney's constant pandering and agenda-pushing in Star Wars makes me extremely concerned for the future of Indy. I'd rather they just leave the series alone at this point.

IGN gave it a 7. I don't take their reviews that seriously but apparently it's a fun but unnecessary film, which is pretty much what everyone expected. Doesn't sound like a must-see.

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing more games. It's a series that, much like Indy, is full of possibilities and interesting stories to tell.

I just hope they do a better job with multiplayer support...

I need to go back and re-read Army of the Dead again. I don't remember it being great but I thought it was okay, though I haven't read it since 2009. Sky Pirates still stands as the weakest for me.

That's the catch. I understand that making these films is fun for them, but outside of that and the financial returns the hunger doesn't seem to be there.

Sadly, I think you're right. Spielberg doesn't seem to have that same spark that he used to. I'm hoping one more Indy outing can bring out the best in him.

I do find it to the most emotional and powerful of the series. The father/son aspect adds an urgency and dramatic pull that's unique to the franchise. The other three have their moments but nothing...

It's always fun to look back on stuff like this. I still have my original NES cartridges for ToD and LC. They weren't great games but I have fond memories of playing them as a kid.

I like a lot of Harper's reviews. He has a nice way of being objective and giving good insights into what makes a film work or fail. I'm anxious to see what he does with KOTCS.
