What non-Indy Wested Leather jackets do you own?

My love of leather jackets began when I bought my first Wested in 2008; an OTR Raider in goat. Since then Ive developed quite a collection, mostly Wested, mostly Indy, but recently Ive added a few iconic non-Indy jackets to the collection, starting with a Skyfall a couple of years ago, a...

    Wested`s Adventure Boots

Any of you guys invested in a pair of Wested`s new Indy boots yet? They look very impressive, and reasonably priced. I'm quite keen to find out a bit more about the fit/feel etc before I pull the trigger on a pair.

Next project; Indy`s Smith and Wesson

Going to attempt a close-enough version of Indy`s S&W from Raiders by sanding away the logos, extending the barrel, making a new sight, etc...

    New Project. Fertility Idol

Picked this up on ebay. Hollow resin cast. The plan is to clean and sand it, weight it, fill in any little flaws etc, then rather than paint it I`m going to try some gold leaf. Then if all goes well I may attempt a plinth.

    My Indy Collage

Put the final few images on this today. Did it the old fashioned way with paper, scissors and glue.

Whats the furthest youve been from home, what`s the most Indy thing you`ve done?

It`s the mileage... Further to TempleRunner`s recent post suggesting that the spirit of Indy is more than just a screen accurate hat and jacket, and Finn`s comment about being an "Outdoorsman", I was thinking about my own love of travel and adventure, inspired at least in part by the influence...

Let`s see your Indy Shelf...and other collectibles.

Ive been gathering collectables for years, both Indy related and otherwise, and they`re displayed in what my wife refers to as `The Boys Room`...some gentlemen have a `Man-Cave` or a shed or a garage, my brother-in-law has `The Ready-Room`,(big Star Trek fan), I have `The Boys Room`. Thing is...

A couple of surprises on a trip into Liverpool

On a trip into Liverpool weekend before last for a Vintage Fair (picked up a very nice vintage dark blue double breasted suit. I`m going to a 1930`s themed party and want to go for Indy`s "Clipper" look, but that's for a different thread) I was very surprised to find these parked in front of...

    Trimmin' the brim...

Anyone ever trimmed the brim of their fedora? Since getting my Fed IV, I realise the brim of my AdVintage as a little too big, especially at the back. I'm currently attempting to re-shape it, and feel it needs to lose a little off the brim. Any tips?

My Indy costume... a work in progress

First a quick note to the mods... I had every intention of tagging this along with an existing thread, however because this one is going to be about the progress of my Indy costume; replacing my "these'll-do-for-now" stuff with more accurate and authentic pieces, I've taken the liberty of...

    New Holster

My new holster arrived this week from Epic Militaria, a UK company based in Aberystwyth. I was delighted to see that it`s clearly an ex-display model, as its in less than perfect condition, and on the inside of the flap there`s a scuffed indentation fron the hammer of a pistol. Great. :) Epic...

    Wested Bullwhip

Anybody got the Wested Bullwhip? I'd be interested to know if it's any good. The Todds whips look great but to be honest I'm reluctant to fork out an extra fifty quid or so for shipping from the states.

    Heroes & Villains

Indy has been a hero of mine for over 30 years. But he`s not the only one. There are others who, to varying degrees, have had significance to me in my 47 years. So I put together this `Collage of the Soul`. Every person here has been, and still is, a big part of my awareness for as long as I can...

    Aha! Joined at last...

Been an Indy Fan since Raiders, ( since then there's been a lot of years AND a lot of mileage) and recently, whilst researching my new fedora I realised how much info I've gleaned from this forum, and how completely addictive it is! So I've finally decided to tag along. Shoulda done it years...
