Indy V Settings: What locations are left?

Guangxi, China
Madagascar
Zanzibar
Philippines
Polynesia
Cambodia
Japan

All of these locations have been relatively unexplored in the films, and would, in my opinion, be a refreshing change in scenery and tone. Also, in Clive Cussler's "Atlantis Found" novel, Atlantis was located in Antarctica prior to the continent freezing over after a comet struck Earth. So perhaps Antarctica could work too if they went that direction, though I'm skeptical that Atlantis is the direction they want to take.

I think Antarctica could be a great idea for an opening sequence. You could have a scene involving Indy and bad guys on snowmobile-like vehicles or something.
