As for North by Northwest, I love the crop-duster scene and watch it just to remind myself that there was a time in our not too distant past when this country didn't have wall-to-wall sprawl.
I don't know why but I've got Jerry Bruckheimer movies on my mind, so how about the Connery/Cage chase scene in the Rock?
From a stunt/action point-of-view, the Cage-after-Connery chase scene is as least as good or better than most of the Bond films posted above. Plus I like it because the scene acts like this little action-movie-sorbet-interlude from the main storyline. When I first saw the film, I thought the chase was extraneous, but I know understand it's purpose of breaking up the close-quarter action of the main storyline. Good stuff with some funny lines
