but a burning piano is good enough to jump start this again, no?
Good enough. Gonzo's photo of Jimi was hard to defeat.:D However, Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here", is not.:p

P.S. Syd Barrett-era Floyd beats all the band's output during the years after him.

Ha! Good one, Gonzo!:D But I'll follow it with the great, M.C. Escher's, "Self-Portrait in a Reflecting Sphere" (1929):

Attention - Chris Nolan wankers: One of Escher's concepts was used in that crap film, "Inception".:p

You must mean "En Garde", Gonzo!:p

As for the rest, Blecch!(n) These days, anyone with a computer can POORLY add a "Star Wars" character to a classic, Escher drawing...

Those CHUMPS CANNOT do this:

Place a certain-shaped vase in a certain place on a certain drawing which will reveal a rendering of Jules Verne's face.
(Just watch now...someone will include this idea in a fan fiction down the road...)

This is as small image but it's of those creepy, metal-toothed, KILLER dolls from "Barbarella" (1968):
