I agree, I have been on the DC direct kick since day one....This figure is simply a Dream.. I wish he was made of softer plastic and had a few more articulation points in the hips and legs but hey, He is GREAT!!

Thank you so very much for posting the pics! I love the look of that figure! Mine should be on their way as well. I was able to order them first thing this morning with no troubles. I'm in California, so hopefully it won't take long at all. Can't wait for the review!

just got back from d-land. I got 5 of them. Let me tell you, I am really impressed with the detail. the likeness is really good. He has some articulation issues like head not turning left to right only up and down. legs do splits, but not walking. he can either do the splits cross legs or stand. those are the only issues I see, but really nice figures. removable hat which is cool. There is a little peg that comes with it I have no idea what its for. there are no holes on Indy or the base for it. maybe its if you want to make it????? The lady working there said they are really selling fast. I bought the last 5 and came back 30 minutes later and they were stocked again. I also overheard her tell someone that a guy came in earlier and bought 13!! these are gonna be hot items fo sho! I was thinking of customizing one to be cairo Indy?? Seems like it would be easy enough.!

ARRGGHHH!!!! Mine arent here yet!!!! Awesome pics tho. I cant wait. I am gonna be calling home on every break I have tomorrow to see if he has arrived!!! AWESOME!!!! :gun:

WOW!! they really brought a boat load in because from all I am hearing across the Action Figure world, a TON of people are buying this...I am SOOOO happy that Disney ordered heavy on this so people will NOT have to buy from ebay.

I forgot to mention the peg.... I have no idea what it is unless it is the pencil for the grail diary??

This one does look pretty sharp... but I gotta agree with the guys that said the first Disney Indy figures were crap... horrendous sculpts.. lousy accessories ( german soldier's rifle... look at that junk !)..I had a set.. and sold it immediately on ebay just to get rid of them..... but Disney redeemed themselves with this one...

OHHH!!! Fisher...Come on man LOL!!! it was this site and the Disney figures tha tkept Indy alive..You gotta love and respect Disney and Hasbro for at least putting new toys out there for people....Not only that..Disney actually made the details perfect on the figures.. Look at the Nazi soldier to see what I mean.

You couldn't tell how bad they looked before getting them? Hey, as far as I'm concerned, they were official Indy action figures! They have a sort of "'90s vintage" charm to them. By that I mean they were designed as toys, not art. Remember the first of the new SW toys in the '90s? Everyone was macho, but I didn't care. I had a ball playing with them! I also had a good time collecting them and didn't care how ridiculous they looked. The PotF2 collection's my favorite of all my SW guys :)

I'm not saying I'd buy every piece of crap they throw at us. But those were the first real figures in 20 years! Custom stuff is great. Heck, I even have one of the ones you did. But it was awesome for me getting official figures for once.

Arrgghhh! It is killing me that I can't see these pictures! So far I ahve only been able to view that carded pic that was originally posted. A few questions...

Is that the sword in the bottom part of the bubble?

What is that in the top right hand portion of the bubble?

Does he have a working holster?
