Very cool page! Thanks for posting the link, MDew.
A couple of immediate notes:

unknown (Ch. 15)
http://imcdb.org/vehicle_187215.html
One commentator says: "Autoblinda Lancia I.Z. or made for movie?"
This shot, and several others in "Daredevils of the Desert", was taken from the film "Lion of the Desert"
* (which is about the late 1920s-early 1930s Italian campaign in Libya).
For several reasons, this armoured vehicle was
ALMOST certainly custom made in the late '70s and meant to represent Lancia/Ansaldo's old Autoblinda.
*Released in 1981 but this film was stalled for a few years. It was ready to come out earlier (c.1979).

1948 GMC Pickup 1-ton (Ch. 20)

Years ago, I pegged Grey Cloud's
** pickup as a 194
9 GMC (but I could be wrong).
**I can offer convincing evidence to confirm that the pickup is, indeed, Grey Cloud's (and NOT Indy's).
