I think all of them are so funny, Doom had a lot of really great lines.

However, I haven't seen this one yet, so I'll post it.

That change in her voice from hysterical to bubba gets me every time!

Yes, Temple has some hilarious lines! These are among my favorites:

Willie: "We're not sinking, we're CRASHING! AHHHH!"
Shorty: "Lady! I can't BREATHE!"

Indy: "Where's my gun? WHERE'S MY GUN????"
Willie: "I burnt my fingers and I CRACKED A NAIL!!!"

I also think that the scene where Indy is in the room with the candles and he sits up after his epileptic attack and then starts laughing an evil laugh.....I find it strangely amusing.

Though I have to say the best scene of all was when Willie spits on Indy.
I wonder if Kate Capshaw actually did spit on Harrison Ford?
