Sideshow definitely has Indy covered in the 12" scale. But if DST fixes the hand, fixes the hat, and gives it some really cool lines, I'll get one. Ah, who'm I kiddin'? I'm gonna get one anyway!

AdventureCon is a blast! I've never been to ComicCon or anything like that, but I really enjoy this one. I dressed up as Marty McFly last year, and only one person knew who I was... ONE! Oh, well some people have no respect for or knowledge of good movies. At least people will recognize my Indiana Jones outfit.

Whatever happened to diamonds merch plans? I know the talking indy comes out in september( and from the looks of his force choke hand he probably says, " I find your lack of faith...disturbing." ) but what of the banks and other such things. I haven't seen any pictures or heard anything else about release dates.

That's not a terrible looking figure, but the jacket color is off as is his hair color! Since when did Indy wear a black jacket and have black hair? At least they improved the head sculpt and his tard hands!!

Diamond Select had the following to say about the future of Indy and his missing bag in their latest Q&A:

Jeffrey Miceli: Hi, I just felt very compelled to express to you guys that the quarter scale Indiana Jones is phenomenal!!! Pictures do not do this doll justice. From the packaging to the facial sculpt to the clothes, beautiful and worth every penny. But, here goes the but don’t worry only thing is that as iconic as is the whip, hat and jacket so is the haversack bag on his side! My only complaint is he needs his bag. I think I’m gonna be getting the Anakin but any chance we’ll see anymore Indy’s? You guys did one hell of a job on him and I say thank you!!!!!

DSTChuck: I think if there is one thing I regret about the Indy is the bag! We put SO much into that piece that the budget just ran way over…something had to go and it was the bag. If the Raiders doll does as well as we think we have several more Indy’s planned for the line.
