I was looking for something. That's all I saw, and then all I could see! Apart from maybe his flies were partly undone when he's standing by the table.
DoomTown was right, "Even if you DO watch all of his scenes closely, you might still miss it."

Purely coincidence with Sallah's gesture. As was pointed out by Rocket:

Hah! He walked right between Belloq and Dietrich and covers his face. I've never noticed that before.
Good eye!
Yes, but keep in mind, Sallah is SUPPOSED to be there. The Germans hired "the best digger in Egypt". What makes it remarkable is the fact that Indy is RIGHT THERE! If either Nazi chews him out for bumping into them, Belloq turns around and is staring right at Indy!

I wonder why Sallah hid his face than? I know he was supposed to be there, but maybe after getting caught at the Map Room he was scared they would recognize him?
At the beginning of the Raiders truck chase, there's a shot of the lead "villain car" and Toht looks like he wants to start flirting with the driver...
One thing I noticed was in the TOD dance number, Willie runs into the dragon's mouth and the stage appears to be huge. This part of the dance number has a different group of girls wearing grey instead of red. It appears as if there is not enough room in the club for a big stage like the one we see during that part. Is this segment of the dance scene supposed to be imagined by Willie Scott? We never see the girls in grey, except for that one part.

It's definitely a bit of artistic license within that scene. There is a glitter effect which demonstrates that it is some form of dream sequence rather than it being performed in the reality of Club Obi-Wan. However it is not made clear wether it's supposed to be in Willie's head or just purely for the fun of the movie audience. A bit of both I'd guess.

This was brought up before around here, and someone said that the novelization of TOD reveals that it's Willie's fantasy. I've never read it myself, so I can't say for sure. Just a messenger.

I also noticed the glitter effect and was thinking the same thing, that this was some sort of dream sequence. It does seem that Club Obi-Wan does not have enough room for such a large dance stage.
