Lightbulb Would Steven Spielberg take over if...

If George Lucas should happen to pass away, would Steven Spielberg be allowed to continue forward with Indiana Jones 5?

He could, but he won't.
When it comes to Indiana Jones; Steven won't take a dump without Georgie deeming it okay to do so.

That's true!

Steven said recently he only goes along with him because he's an old mate. The longer George takes to write, the longer Steven has to accomplish everything else he put further up on his list of things to do.

Yeah, lets all hope real hard George Lucas dies so Indy 5 can get made.

I wouldn't go that far. But a while ago I did suggest locking him up until the danger had passed.
