Hello gang..Many of you knew about the special offer I got from the Magazine people with Harrison's special address and the message that I could send a copy of th eIndy Magazine with the article about my collection to Harrison to be signed. Well, I wasted no time at all and on Nov 14th I mailed the Magazine and letter to Harrison using the top secreat address that the Magazine folks gave me.

The magazine has returned :) It arrived back to me today ( 2/9/09) along with the envelope I provided. However, there was a BRAND NEW Harrison Ford address stamped on the corner of the envelope as well.

Needless to say, I am so excited that Harrison decided to sign the magazine on the photo of me in my Indy room. I was afraids that it was returned un-signed at 1st because I thought he would sign the cover. Then, I saw a blue post-it note inside and when I opened up the magazine to the marked page, this is what I found...

This truly ends the circle of joy that the magazine article has brought me. I was very excited when the magazine people stated that Harrison would sign the magazine for me. However, I never really expected it. It goes to show that Harrison still loves his fans. The PERFECT signature that he gave me on this magazine is the perfect way to make all my years as a Indy collector worth it :)

I hope you ALL are inspired by this story...It is a great time to be an Indy fan still!

Uhm. It's cool if you're happy. Kudos.

I just have a slightly bad feeling about that adress (Even though it's not the super secret one) being displayed here.

Hey, Proof is everything. Plus, It's a pretty well known address. However, I don't know if people have ever gotten anything back from there.

Awesome! I know you already have a ton of HF autographs, but this one has to be really special to you. Congrats!

People are gullible. Harrison Ford doesn’t sign anything. Proof or GTFO.

As usual, you are too jealous to think straight :( How pitiful. Let's see, 1st How many times have YOU met Harrison? HMM..Me..3 times..How many Harrison autographs do you own? HMM.. Me.. LOTS thatwere either signed FOR ME in-person or came from private signings such as Official Pix. It's not too hard to know what an authentic Harrison signature looks like even without forensic authentication training like I have.

Uhhhm, YOU need to educate yourself on authentication and what a real Harrison ford autograph looks like. It's not too hard..I can give you a lesson since I do it for a living!

anyone with any trivial knowledge knows that the autograph is real and since it came from an inside help that actually talked with Harrison a lot ( the Magazine ) it is nicer than most in-person sigs.

really Max..educate yourself for ONCE! It will as usual help you from being on the wrong end of an idea.

All I hear is "Look at me!" all over again.

Honestly...everyone knows you're not exactly the worlds more reliable poster. Hah! In fact, I’m surprised you haven't been banned…yet again. Only a matter of time. Plus believe me, I don’t think you have much room to be insulting anyone’s intellect. I’ll confess though, you’ve seemingly finally gone through that recommended grade school grammar class. Congratulations. Took long enough. Your egg head's deceiving. Not much else in there but dusty relics Indiana would adore. In fact, I’m shocked you even post pictures of yourself around the net. That’s bold considering how much you’re hated. Quite bold.

As for jealous…why exactly would I be jealous of a signature that’s arguably not even authentic? Please. If I were as shady as you, my entire collection would be autographed by "Harrison Forged". It's just like how you insisted your James Bond bobble headed action figure custom was "quite good" as a fact and how we all were of lesser intelligence for not seeing it. Sorry...it wasn't good. At all. :)

So my apologies if I'm not nearly as quick to believe you. I know what you've done in the past to get attention. Pathetic really...now run along and get banned for the 100th time. Oh but wait, it's the Mod's fault, right? :)

Harrison Ford does do autographs and is very nice about doing so!!

I'm well aware of him doing autographs, hence the "Proof or GTFO" line. He doesn't sign much of anything. I'm also aware of him being hard to score. Quite hard. I'm not so sure I believe in someone actually getting a real autograph via mail whatsoever. Then having it be someone like this joker, even more unlikely.

OH GAWD, WHO DO I BELIEVE.

On the one hand, this story does sound pretty legit to me. I don't follow the goings-on at the Raven as closely as I did in the days leading up to KotCS, so I'm unaware of tnswman's "unreliability". On the other hand, it is true that Ford is kinda picky about signing things. I've heard that many times. He's not the easiest man to approach.

But on the third hand, if this is was some sort of magazine deal then I could see it happening. (Though why they'd give out Ford's "secret" address instead of acting as the middle man is unusual, imo.) I don't know. It seems like such a bizarre thing to lie about. Who'd go through the trouble of counterfeiting the signature just to some post pics of said forgery online? What would you gain from that?
