It's the 'crown' header that goes across a bank of several VLT machines. IGT used these in the casinos in 2008/2009...

I generally only get them personalized if I meet them in-person. And I wasn't asked how I wanted them when they called me - just that they had signed the photos I'd provided and their office was Fedex'ing them back to me to make sure they arrived safely.

New renovations this past weekend to fit in the 2 new fruit machines (VLT this side of the Pond)...
