Well first off thanks everyone for participating to my grave digging

This is the main reason why I have been searching for Lundquist's rendition... more tracks, and it seems to have a pretty good reputation (apparently some more advanced work, like Rich Douglas).

I'll come back later and give the few links I've gathered so far that may help us in our "quest". Though the easiest would be to contact Lundquist more directly (if anybody can send him an email, a private message on another message board he's active on...).

Good digging everyone

EDIT: Oh and by the way, Rich Douglas is working with Patrik Spacek on Fate Of Atlantis: Special Edition (HD remake of the game)

So...

https://web.archive.org/web/20030629...hefiddler.net/

auto-redirects to:

https://web.archive.org/web/20030701...indy/foamusic/

...which has a message from Kenneth Simonsen and thanking "the good people at theraider.net". Is it possible that "Lundquist" is Simonsen's alias?

...

Hah... yes. http://www.lucasforums.com/archive/i.../t-118825.html has a dialog between Laserschwert (master of video game soundtrack album art) and Lundquist, and both alias and full name are used.

Case closed?

I've got:
* Simonsen - http://soundtracks.mixnmojo.com/foa.htm (42 tracks)
* Draggor - http://www.draggor.com/music/vg_ijfa.asp (42 tracks)
* Zemus - http://s-island.mixnmojo.com/fate.php (43 tracks)
* Douglas - http://richdouglas.net/ocr/FateOfAtl...Soundtrack.zip (11 tracks)

The latter (which Finn already linked to) is a full-on rearrangement of some of the highlights of the score - different flourishes, timing, etc - which give it a more modern sensibility. Still performed by synth/sequencer, but it sounds like a modern film soundtrack. The others - while distinct from each other - are the original MIDI files performed by different synth sample sets and with various knobs tweaked, but not deviating too much from the music that came out of your PCs speakers back in the day.

The link for the Douglas Fate of Atlantis Soundtrack is broken. Does anyone have a copy they can make available?

Hi guys, sorry for necroing this thread.
I'm an huge indy fan and used to listen the soundtrack available at http://s-island.mixnmojo.com/fate.php.
I used to play the amiga version and that soundtrack was the most similar.
I did an huge mistake and never downloaded it and now it's gone.
I'm looking for it since a couple of weeks but it's no where to be found.
Tried also to contact the admins but the mail delivery fails.
Can any of you still have it and can share it? I'd be extremely grateful!!
I'm even thinking of buying an old amiga if i can find it just to rip it but it's extremely hard.
Please help out a fellow indy fan =]

First off, please revive any old threads to which you have something to contribute - we're in favor of that around here.

Second, it looks like Soundtrack Island should be back up again sometime in the rather indeterminate future.

Third, does this cached version of the site work for you?

Welcome to the Raven!
