Additional Music from KOTCS

I've searched the forums quite a bit and didn't see anything about this, so please forgive me if this has been done before, but I was wondering if anyone knew where to find music from KOTCS that was left off the official soundtrack. I love The Warehouse Escape and the extended version of The Jungle Chase but I've been unable to find them anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to track these down, because I've love to have them with the rest of my Indy music.:)

At first, in the Area 51 video, I thought the man in the white hat was Belloq. Then, I remembered, "Oh, Belloq is Raiders!" lol:D

Demonoid has several massive complete/almost-complete Indiana Jones scores, a multi-disc collection, plus extras, for each film. The Kingdom one is the least complete, because fewer bootlegged materials have come out/been discovered yet, but it's certainly better.

Other music in the 4th movie was music with lyrics to it such as You Ain't Nothin' but a Hound Dog at the beginning of the movie and the music in the diner scene such as Little Bitty Pretty One.Little Bitty Pretty One was the only one I could hear clearly in the diner scene.

There is an extended soundtrack available on the net- although it's a DVD rip it's a really good and the music is good quality. Some occasional sound effects, but they don't harm anything. Some great tracks in there- 'a Thought for Dad/Train station' is very good, 'Spalko's Dossier' is good, I like the extended 'Jungle Chase' much better (and don't be fobbed off with a version from the pre-viz- that isn't the full film version and notably misses the bit of the Raiders March which turns up)... all in all well worth a listen, and it's much better than the CD version.

The 1st song in the diner is "Wake Up, Little Susie" by The Everly Brothers and the last one is the Bill Haley & His Comets version of "Shake, Rattle & Roll".

Annie, yes, your list is right.:)

Re: the links you posted: "Wake Up Little Susie" sounds like an alternate recording of the famous, known one used in the movie and "Shake, Rattle & Roll" must be a live recording so it would be better to try and search for the regular, studio releases that were used in "Skull".

The film credits have this:

Houng Dog
Wake Up, Little Susie
Litte Bitty Pretty One
Shake, Rattle and Roll
Howdy Doody Theme
Goodbye Song (It's tiiime to gooooo!)

A Solas (music in Peru? Performed by Juan Arvizu)
Uri Balki (traditional)
Maja Galobuschka (traditional)

In the asylum, there is music playing on a old gramaphone. Maybe this is "A Solas"?

There are at least two tracks where FX bleed through which makes this likely recorded from the rear surround channels. But nice that they include the rock n roll tracks.

Good stuff, Rocket. I came across that a while back.

KOTCS really needs to be expanded, it starts to hold a candle next to the other 3 when you listen to every cue.

It still lacks those 'memorable' moments IMO. There's really no anticipation of a cue or statement. I look forward to so many moments while listening to the other scores. In this one, it's just a pleasant listening experience, ya know?

Rocket, I take it you have listened to this, can you agree with me on one thing...

The part in "Illumination/The Bible" when Dean Stanforth is grabbing the Bible, the music that JW chose to write there, even though it's just a simple, whimsical tune, is SO AMAZING/GENIUS. It's heavy on me, though. It's (most likely) the FINAL segue to the last we will ever see of Indiana Jones and it makes it incredibly sad. I really wish it was tacked on to the end credits of the official release.
