Different version of Colonel Vogel 3.75" fig?

I was just looking at Hasbro's site and noticed something when I looked at Vogel:



Has anyone seen this version with the red arm band on store shelves? So far all the one's that I saw only had a black arm band.

That's the prototype...the production version that wound up in our collections did not have the read armband, and I don't believe there's a variant like this available.

I thought that it was maybe a prototype. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to get out the red paint...
