Yeah. I know cgi is really weird and if they did all these things than there would be just a lot of people who were once millionaires out of jobs but still having more money than we do But people just coming on to do like one T.V. show to start a career and Drama professors would be out of jobs while we are remembering back in the times when actors were actually performing. Scary isn't it? Thanks guys for pointing all this out because just imagine the impact... Like, if they actually did that it could be so weird. Movies wouldn't be the same. Like imagine all the terrible scripts in 10 years from now and double the terribleness because it would just be like watching a bad video game. Like the characters are going to be stupid, Since a good actor won't be playing them. Terrifying if you're not fond of change. It's like I should be ending this saying "see you next time on the Raven Zone" do de do de do da ( that's the music not me talking) Well I can't even imaine what 4 or 5 years ahead of us will be like. Well yeah.

Terrible scripts? Like watching a bad video game? Stupid characters? Bad actors?

I like the satirical take on today's movies...keep it coming, my friend.

In the new Matrix film...

We see an digital Neo with an "scanned" face, Keanu's face. However, he doesn't talk, but he moves around alot...

Its fun to watch, and it looks fake, but its fun to watch.

If, in the near future, we have an perfect Ford with an perfect voice and perfect mannerisms, could you still enjoy watching what is essentially an artificial Ford?

I guess I could...

Yeah... That's basically because when I was little, my mom hates Disney so I couldn't see those not cartoon ones but the ones that were made like in '95. I was stuck watching movies like "The Haunting of Hill House"( Which is still scary) and "Casablanca" Which is almost tied the Indiana Jones series( ALMOST tied.) I didn't see a movie in a movie theatre( I can't remember how old I was) till "Patch Adams" came out, (phew, my friend wanted to see a "Baby something... Scientist or whatever it doesn't matter) And it was a good movie. If you gave a paper to write down my top 10 then it would look like this:

1. Indiana Jones series ( No favourites)
2.The Glory: Have you seen this movie? I don't
now when it was made though, maybe early nineties
but I don't know. It is about the Civil War and
A large group of coloured people are made into
a regiment. It is a have to see for me if you
don't mind sitting down for almost three hours
( I watched it on T.V. I'm not exactly sure how
long. And for those who thought "The Patriot"
was too violent, This isn't as much. There is only
about 4 10 minute fight scenes. It was 18+ but I think
it should've been 14+ since there was barely anything in
it that would do that it did have swearing and some I guess bad words in it but it has an AMAZING storyline- Repeat AMAZING storyline. Seriously you should watch if you want some good drama, I shouldn't put action down since that would make it seem like I like seeing people trying to kill eachother, So I'll put down war movies on the slight anti-war side. Just watch it is great.
3. Casablanca: Just watch this one too. Humphrey Bogart's my favourite tied with Harrison Ford. It is a great movie. You guys probably know the story.
4. Key Largo: HB again, This movie is where a group of gangsters hold up a hotel in a hurricane.
5. Gone with the wind: Great movie. A love story like Casablanca, Which was a book if you aready didn't know that interpreted it lovely. It's also set in the cival war but this is the south side, not the union.
6. Starwars!: yeah... y'know Star wars.
7. Patch Adams: The story of a doctor who treats his patients and makes them laugh.
8. Finding Nemo: I just saw this. You already know about the story line. It's funny.
9.The bean movie: I always liked Rowan Atkinson, Y'know Mr.Bean? Yeah he is in a art group ( I haven't seen it lately so I barely remember it) and a pricless picture is
given to Mr.Bean to hold on to and he has his friend who's wife doesn't like basically because he wrecks the house have him there.
10: Duck soup: Y'know if Dr.Jones sr. sent the grail diary to the Marx brothers Groucho, Cheeko,Harpo and Zappo, Then you would have something like this. Two countries go to war for no reason at all ( Seems familar to me) just because one insulted him. It's great. Seriously you gotta love it.

ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! There is another movie but I can't remember the freakin' name! something that had Jack Kennedy and Bobby Kennedy in it... Yeah well it doesn't matter. Oh yeah and a mini-series on Trudeau beating up the FLQ! Just kidding... Aw man this is probably going to be the last post on this thread before it's cast out and forgotten... *sniff* What do you guy's think of Indy 1-6 though? Instead of a trilogy it could be a saga or something!

Actualy Patrick,
I heard that they were considering making Indy 1-6. I don't know if they ever decided one way or another, they may just be considering it. I think it would be interesting. But what would they do between IV and VII, They could do a contuning adventure with Indy, concluding in Indy VII. But nothing has been said for sure about it.

Lightbulb Indy 1-6 is a bit of a stretch

You just can't have that many movies because making a trilogy with the depth and detail Indy requires would take about 10 years *IF* done almost in a back-to-back fashion like the Star Wars movies. You know most people think that the Star Wars production began a bit before 1999, well a bit is actually circa 1993/94. I remember a video where Lucas is about to begin writing the first draft of the movie and that was mid 1994. Sure, those first years were research and development mostly, but do you think a new Indy saga would not take that kind of workload ? Also, Lucas said he would not do the mythical 7-9 SW movies exactly because it takes him 10 years of *HIS* life to do that. Do you think Spielberg wants to get attached 10 years to a single project? Get Real. Spielberg is a genius multi-movie factory yes, but that doesn't mean he is going to focus only on a single story that for all accounts and for everyone involved is almost told and will come to a full closure, and full circle with one last Indiana Jones adventure.

What exactly does George Lucas do after Star Wars and Indy? And they were able to do it before... But they probably want to enjoy the rest of there life as retired millionaires... yeah. But if they were considering it, yay

Like I said it's not official,
I simply heard that they were thinking about it. But that in itself is a rumor, I cant remember were I read it. But I see no reason why they wouldent. It would give Ford, Speilberg, and Lucas all something to do without coming up with something new. So don't count it out until it's out.
