I just got a Dr. Pepper Indiana Jones personal vending machine. It think it might be rare because I have never seen another one.
It has a silhouette of Indy on both sides. It holds 10 cans of pop.
Now if I only would have kept some Indy Dr. Pepper...

I bought it from someone who won it in a contest.

WOW! your collection is very impressive as far as display. It's not to crowded but still full. I'm impressed! PLus the fridge is great. Some Indy Dr. peppers would look great in there. I especialy like your temple of doom lunchbox and records. Great find!

Forget the Dr. Pepper... fill it with beer! (y) (y)

What a GREAT one of a kind item...congratulations on getting a hold of that!:hat:

The fridge is one of the prizes given away during the promotion in Summer 2008. Quite a few of them hit eBay as most people that won them had no use for them (just like the prize 'Crates' from the Florida State Lottery).

A word of warning to anyone that owns these - they leak after being plugged in for a few days. We found quite the puddle behind it after 48 hours of being plugged in.

Congrats on your unique acquisition -- and nice display :)

Could that fridge survive an atomic blast?

I'm willing to wager no, although the more time I spend in these parts the more people I meet with lead lined heads, (whose brains don't deserve such protection, even though it's poisonous...).;)

No offense

my kids asked that question... but they were 9 and 7 when they saw the movie so I gave them a pass..... but for adults to ask? well....

Okay - bit of a weird one, but it was only £5 in the dusty bargain bin at my local record store, so I couldn't pass it up...

indy_pyramid.jpg

The 'pyramid' contains a CD of Indy tracks, a rubber snake and a *ahem* 'replica' of the Grail. It screams 'unofficial product', but I honestly couldn't resist :)

Can you post pictures of the contents?
Sure...

The CD was recorded by Silva France (which I presume is an offshoot of Silva Screen Recordings - who've done some great Indy soundtracks in the past). All the printed material is riddled with typos. It's apparently #236 of an edition of 2000. No mention of Lucasfilm anywhere (except in stating that it's nothing to do with them). The name of the company who created this oddity is listed on the label as "Incredible Ltd".

Forget that -- I think this is the Ultimate in "EmBEARrasing" Indy rip-offs... it's grizzly and unBEARable!

You should post the highlights!

The highlights obviously include "The Riders March" and "Indie's First Adventure".

I also note that the Grail is adorned with rubies.

inky, DO NOT DRINK FROM THIS CUP!!!
