I always thought Joan Severance would have made a great Indy girl if they ever got around to Indy 4.

EDIT: (Image removed till better one can be found)

Of course, everyone here knows about my crush on Jennifer Connelly.

And because this is the Raven, let's go with a classic like Rita Hayworth.

Oh, man. That's like Sophie's Choice; Lucky's Choice. Bacall or Hayworth. Do I have to choose?

How about Bacall's voice on Hayworth's body?

Funny story about Bacall...my dad kind of accosted her in his youth. He was dating my mom at the time, and they were out in New York for dinner. They passed a theater on Broadway where Bacall was appearing on stage. She was out signing autographs, and my dad said to my mom (in an effort to impress her), "I'm gonna go over there and grab Bacall's (expletive deleted)."

So he walks over there, and just as his hand was centimeters away from her (expletive deleted), Bacall shot him the dirtiest of looks, and my dad shrunk away sheepishly.

You know, I don't like to say he accosted Bacall...I don't like that word "accosted." It's an ugly word. Molested his better, it sounds better; it sounds like he bought her candy first.

So to answer your question, although 19 year old Bacall is beautiful, I'm going with the red hair of Rita Hayworth. If it weren't for Hayworth's hair, it would be a tie.

I'll appeal to you lucky, on this one. That first link contains images not suitable to the younger audience that frequents here. Can you find a more appropriate one?

Did it? Sorry about that. I'll fix it right away. I checked it too, I didn't see anything wrong with it. Unless I got my links mixed up. If so, I apologize.

EDIT: Ok, that's very weird. Out of curiousity, I double checked that link after I deleted it, and the image that came up was not inappropriate at all. It was a fully clothed image. Pale, were there links, perhaps, under the image that took you to an inappropriate site? Is that what you were referring to?

EDIT2: OOPS! Now I see what I did wrong. I had the silly thing in reverse. I had a linking malfunction. OK Pale Horse, I know what you are referring to, now. Indeed, I mixed up the links. I thought it was a link to somewhere else. Wow, I am REALLY SORRY! I'll be more careful next time, and more fastidous in my triple checking.

Lucky,

Great story and on a purely physical level I can see where Hayworth gets the edge but I've got to use your own story against you to argue for Bacall. She was a classy formidible women -- and she wasn't exactly lacking in the looks department either. When I watch Gilda I look at Hayworth and I'm like 'wow' -- and even though she's got prescence and can deliver her lines she just doesn't quite measure up to Bacall. Also relevant to me is the Bacall/Bogart relationship vs. Hayworth's failed Prince's Grace experiment. I'd argue that Bacall was just a classier dame (to use the parlance of the time -- and hopefully I'm not offending anyone here by using it, and if so I aplogize.).

Well, like I said, I really dig redheads, so I gave the edge to Rita. I didn't like having to do it, but ultimately I'm a guy who likes redheads. Honestly, I never even thought about having to choose between those two. The thought never even crossed my mind. It was a tough decision.
