Villains in Indy 4?

As I understand it, Spalko will be the main villain in Indy 4, and Colonel Dovchenko will be serving in a Colonel Vogel-type role in this film. So are there any more main villains apart from these two characters? Do you suppose Ray Winstone's character may be a villain in some sort of twist plot? What about Alan Dale's character, which has yet to have been revealed? Are there any other rumored villains that I and others have not heard about yet?

There are probably plenty of ancillary villians, and I think from reading the discussions here regarding the character, Mac will assist the bad guys before redeeming himself toward the end.

Who will be the 3rd Villain in 4? I think another Russian other then Dovchenko, the guy Indy fights on the rocket sled maybe.

I didn't include Elsa or the Maharaja because they weren't completey bad. If anything I can see Mac being there equivilent. Kind of bad maybe, but good in the end.
